We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel in Phuket. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable with a pool access, and the location was perfect—close to the beach and the city centre. The pool and breakfast were highlights, and the service was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!
The location by the sea is beautiful, the room was truly incredible, and we even got a free upgrade! I was absolutely delighted. Cleanliness, pool area, facilities, everything was perfect. The sea directly in front of the hotel is not inviting for swimming, but we already knew that when booking due to previous comments. The pool area is really amazing, so it wasn't a problem
From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted with warm smiles. The staff were incredibly welcoming and assisted with our luggage right away. Despite multiple guests checking in at the same time, they remained attentive and professional, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring everything went smoothly. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view — right by the beach. There were several swimming pools, all clean and refreshing. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was truly breathtaking. A: Not at all! We are located on Koh Siray, which is connected to the mainland by a short bridge. It’s only about a 10-15 minute
drive to Phuket Old Town and the famous Sunday Walking Street Market. It’s the perfect spot if you want to be close to the city’s
culture but prefer a quiet, waterfront atmosphere.
A: The hotel is located right on the waterfront with breathtaking sunrise views. However, the beach here is tidal, meaning the water
recedes at certain times of the day. While it’s not a “swimming beach” like Patong, we have a beautiful, large infinity pool that overlooks
the ocean, providing a perfect seaside lounging experience.
A: Yes, they do! If you stay in one of the Pool Access rooms, you can arrange a Floating Breakfast, which is perfect for photos
and a very relaxing start to the day. They also serve snacks and refreshing tropical cocktails right to your sunbed by the main pool throughout the afternoon.
